Patteren Making

Pattern making is the foundational step in apparel manufacturing. It involves creating templates that serve as the blueprint for the garment. Skilled pattern makers use software or manual techniques to draft patterns based on design specifications.

• Design Interpretation: Understanding the designer's vision and translating it into a pattern.
• Measurement: Taking accurate measurements to ensure the fit and proportions of the garment.
• Pattern Drafting: Creating the initial pattern pieces, which may include front, back, sleeves, and collars.
• Sample Creation: Producing a sample garment (often called a muslin) to test the fit and design before mass production.

Fabric Cutting

Once the patterns are finalized, the next step is fabric cutting. This process involves:

• Fabric Selection: Choosing the right fabric based on the design, functionality, and cost.
• Lay Planning: Arranging the pattern pieces on the fabric to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of materials.
• Cutting: Using manual or automated cutting machines to cut the fabric according to the patterns. Precision is crucial to ensure all pieces are uniform and fit together correctly.

Printing & Embroidery

Stitching

Master Wax Sports Stitching Unit consists of 400's stitching Machines and still growing more. These stitching machines are divided in multiple halls for making it possible for the quality control supervisors to control the quality at each step of stitching. Gloves stitching are mostly done with Polyester or Nylon threads depending upon the requirements.

Packing

Our Packing and Inspection Department is very swift in their work and have the ability to pack around 20,000 pairs in a single shift in a day. All the gloves are inspected, ironed and tagged properly. Our Packaging consists of hard cardboard boxes and all the packaging is customized and printed according to customer’s requirements and International Standards.
